Established in 2008, The Prospect Factory was started by David Gauntlett with a vision to really shake up the B2B telemarketing industry by introducing a “pay on results” model of lead and appointment generation.
Since graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Economics, David spent the next decade holding senior sales and management positions within the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Enterprise Rent a Car and FMG Support.
During it’s first year of operation, David was joined on The Prospect Factory board by Colin Hall – bringing with him an excellent knowledge of sales and client retenion within the automotive industry. Before joining The Prospect Factory, Colin had held senior sales and management positions within Coca Cola, Lombard Vehicle Management and Inchcape Fleet Solutions.
The unique Pay on Results method of telemarketing provided by The Prospect Factory has greatly appealed to hundreds of businesses throughout the UK and attracted some major brands such as BMW, The AA and Travelodge. To support such clients, we have invested heavily into our sales training, quality control and audit teams – enabling us to provide the best possible service at all times.
